Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II
Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II is a special purpose acquisition company led by FinTech founder and venture capitalist Isabelle Freidheim, who serves as Chairman and CEO, and President Kirthiga Reddy, who brings deep experience in technology driven transformations. Anna Apostolova serves as CFO of the all-women SPAC, which is the third within the Athena family of SPACs. It follows Athena Technology Acquisition Corp., which was the first all-women SPAC to announce a business combination, and Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp., which closed on its public offering in October 2021. Freidheim also serves as Chairman of the Board for Athena Technology II, while Reddy is joined as a director by Sharon Brown-Hruska, and Judith Rodin.
Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II is a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to as our initial business combination. We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us.

She applies a hands-on approach that stems from her tenure on both the client and audit sides, and exemplifies her dedication to her craft.
